Ballroom
The Ballroom spans over 8,000 square feet and divides into three Salons. Its 17-foot ceilings create an open, airy setting suited for dramatic lighting or floral displays. With modern, neutral décor, the space offers a versatile backdrop that can be easily customized for meetings, weddings, or other special events.
Zephyr Parlor
The Zephyr Parlor, nestled within Zephyr, offers a private setting for 10 to 12 guests. It’s ideal for intimate dinners, corporate gatherings, or celebrations. Custom cabinetry displays books highlighting Atlanta’s history, culture, and lifestyle alongside curated objects, while a modern linear fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to this refined, secluded space.
The Foyer & Terrace
The Foyer & Terrace offers a versatile setting designed for seamless indoor-outdoor gatherings. Accommodating up to 500 guests in the prefunction area and 250 on the terrace, the space is ideal for cocktail hours and social connections. Its open flow and adaptable layout create an inviting backdrop for a variety of events.
The Garden Lawn
The downtown Atlanta Event Lawn features a terrace perfect for weddings and outdoor gatherings, offering city views and a versatile, elegant setting for memorable celebrations
Penthouse Suite
The Penthouse is a residential setting for chic social scenes with floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of the city's illuminated skyline. The terrace, an outdoor extension of the living area, offers an intimate space for quiet conversation.
