Yes, you can bring your dog. You are welcome to have one dog per room (up to 50 lbs). A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee applies. During your stay, you’ll have access to pet-friendly amenities such as a dog bed and water bowl. Emotional support animals follow the same guidelines. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome and are not subject to fees or size limits.

You can check in starting at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, we recommend reserving your room for the night before, as early check-in cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage with us.

You can access the fitness center 24 hours a day using your room key. It is located on the 3rd floor.

Yes, you can enjoy the outdoor pool located on the 3rd-floor roof deck. It is open seasonally from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on the weather. Bless Your Heart, our rooftop restaurant and bar from 10:30am–7pm. Please check on exact opening and closing dates prior to arrival and/or weather permitting.

All suites are equipped with a sofa bed. Rollaway beds are limited, offered based on availability, and are not permitted in double bedded guest rooms. When available, rollaway beds are offered at a rate of $90 per night.

Professional photography and videography at Hotel Phoenix require prior written approval.

Approved sessions are permitted Monday – Thursday only and are subject to a $2,000 location fee. Weekend shoots are not permitted unless part of a contracted event.

All activity must remain within designated areas, not disrupt hotel operations, and meet insurance requirements. Approval is at the hotel’s discretion.
