Can I bring my pet?

Yes, bring your dog! We welcome one pet dog per room, up to 50 lbs. A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee applies. To ensure a comfortable stay for you and your pet, we offer pet-friendly amenities such as a dog bed and water bowl. Emotional support animals are considered pets and are subject to the same size limits and fees outlined above. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome and are exempt from pet fees and size restrictions.

What time is check in?

Check in time is 4:00PM. If you anticipate arriving earlier, we advise you to reserve your room from the night before since we cannot guarantee an early check-in. If you arrive prior to check-in, we would be happy to store your luggage.

What time is check out?

Check out time is 11:00 am.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in.

Do children stay free?

Yes, children under 13 stay free at Hotel Phoenix.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to 3PM local time day of arrival will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified in cancellation policy for the specific offer.

Early departure fee is one day room and tax.

How can I modify my reservation?

You can call the hotel directly or modify your reservation by visiting our website here. You may locate your reservation by searching for the confirmation or itinerary number with the email address used at booking.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

No, smoking is not permitted on premises. A one-time cleaning fee of $750 will be applied to all rooms where smoke is apparent.

What are the hours for your Fitness Center?

Our Fitness Center is accessible 24 hours per day with your guest room key. It is located on the 3rd floor.

Does the hotel have a pool?

Yes, Hotel Phoenix features an outdoor pool on our 3rd floor roof deck, opened seasonally from 6am–8pm depending on the weather. Bless Your Heart, our rooftop restaurant and bar, is open from 10:30am–7pm. Please check on exact opening and closing dates prior to arrival and/or weather permitting.

Is there a charge for wireless internet?

Hotel Phoenix provides complimentary standard wireless internet access to all registered guests, which is ideal for email, light web surfing and social media. Additional bandwidth is available for purchase:

  • Premium: $10.95/day for moderate web surfing, streaming music and sharing photos and files.
  • Platinum: $14.95/day for extensive web surfing, streaming video and fast downloads.
Does the hotel offer parking?

Yes, Hotel Phoenix offers valet parking rates* for 24 hours or overnight, starting from:

  • $65 for regular sized vehicles
  • $75 for SUVs or oversized vehicles

Does the hotel offer sofabeds or rollaways?

All suites are equipped with a sofa bed. Rollaway beds are limited, offered based on availability, and are not permitted in double bedded guest rooms. When available, rollaway beds are offered at a rate of $90 per night.

Does the hotel offer microwaves?

Yes, there are a limited number of microwaves available at $25 per night.

Does the hotel validate valet parking for Zephyr customers?

Yes. Valet parking is validated for Zephyr customers. With validation, valet parking is $15 for up to 4 hours. Without validation, the rate is $25 for up to 4 hours. Parking for 4–12 hours is $38, and oversized vehicles are $75.
